  • We focus on more than just speed. ZEP coaching builds strong riders and people — developing technical skill, smart decision-making, and social confidence in a fun, inclusive environment.

We offer individualized support — including video feedback and tailored coaching — to help each athlete progress safely and confidently.

It’s about becoming smoother, faster, and smarter — not just chasing podiums.

  • A high-quality full-suspension bike is essential, equipped with hydraulic disc brakes and downhill or enduro tires for maximum grip and puncture protection. We recommend an enduro-style bike with at least 5 inches of front and rear travel and a slack head angle for added stability.

    Safety Gear Requirements:

    • Full-face helmet for Bike Park days

    • Trail helmet for trail days

    • Knee pads (mandatory)

Additional protection—such as arm and spine guards—is recommended but optional. Please also bring gloves, a hydration pack with water, snacks, basic tools, and a spare tube, and be prepared for the day’s weather conditions.

Sessions will be held in the Bike Park once a week, so all participants will need a valid Bike Park Pass.

  • Strong Intermediate to Expert Riders
Groups will be organized based on riding experience, skill level, and personal goals.
Ideal for riders aiming to refine core skills, build confidence, and progress across all aspects of their riding.

    Previous race experience is recommended.

  • What Sets ZEP Apart

    Our coaches. Plain and simple.

ZEP programs are led by the most certified and experienced coaches in the industry — including Level 4 Skills Coaches and Course Conductors who train other coaches. With global experience in both racing and coaching, our team delivers unmatched support all season long.

We maintain a 1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio, ensuring every rider gets the personalized attention and feedback they need to progress safely and effectively.

At races, we walk, ride, and even race the same tracks as our athletes — giving real-time, track-specific feedback you won’t get anywhere else.

    Our Coaching Approach

We focus on more than just speed.

    Why Choose ZEP?

    - 1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio = more personal coaching
    - Industry-leading, certified coaches
    - Fully committed to your growth, on and off the bike
    - Real race support — not just supervision
    - Proven development pathway for passionate young riders
    - We don’t just coach racing — we build riders for life.

  • Weekend Schedule:

Friday – Guided Track Walk Day

Saturday – Practice + Seeding (Elite Categories only)

Full day of practice runs with coaching support.

Sunday – Final Practice + Race Day

Final morning laps before racing kicks off

    What Coaching Looks Like:

    - Coaching includes trackside video analysis for line choice and on-track riding.

    - Riders are encouraged to ride independently (not follow laps), building confidence for race day when they’ll be solo.

    - All feedback and videos will be shared via WhatsApp for both racers and parents.

    Pit Setup:

We'll have a team tent set up from Friday morning.

It’s a convenient spot to leave food, water, and gear, and to take breaks between laps.

    Mechanical Support:

    - Our coaches come with strong mechanical skills and will bring a stash of spare parts “just in case.”

    - We still recommend sending along any bike-specific or non-standard parts your rider might need, just to be safe.

  • You choose which races you would like to participate in but the top races we recommend are:

    • Coast Gravity, Whistler, Sun Peaks, SilverStar, Big White.
